Dhërmi's rental stock is unlike Vlorë's: detached villas with pools and terraces above the beach, boutique guesthouses, stone houses in the old village, and apartments in Drymades along the shore. Properties are bigger, outdoor space is the main attraction, and guests stay longer and pay more.
The calendar has its own shape too. Festival weeks in early June fill every bed on the coast; July and August run at capacity; September is the quiet reward. A villa here needs a team, not a cleaner.

How we cover Dhërmi — honestly
We are based in Vlorë, about an hour and a quarter away over the Llogara pass. That means we work Dhërmi on scheduled turnover days and planned visits — not on a 30-minute emergency SLA. Anyone promising you that from Vlorë is guessing.
In season we run regular Dhërmi days, so same-day turnovers are available for properties on our route plan. Send your booking calendar early — especially for June festival weeks — and we confirm exactly which dates we can serve, in writing.

Questions about Dhërmi
Can you really do same-day turnovers in Dhërmi?
Yes, for properties on our scheduled Dhërmi route days — which in season cover the busy changeover days. We confirm your dates in writing; if a date is not servable, we tell you before you promise it to a guest.
What happens in the June festival weeks?
Those weeks book out our capacity first. Send your calendar as early as possible — hosts on a seasonal plan get priority, and we never overbook a day we cannot serve.
Do you maintain pools?
Cleaning around the pool area is included in the villa turnover; water treatment and technical pool maintenance are arranged through our maintenance partners, case by case.
And in winter, when the pass has bad weather?
Llogara can slow everything down — that is exactly why winter visits are planned, not promised same-day. Monthly checks and post-storm inspections are scheduled with margin.
