What a post-construction clean includes.
Construction dust is finer than household dust and gets everywhere. This is a different job from a normal deep clean — and we treat it that way.
Dust & residue removal
- Industrial vacuuming of floors, walls, ceilings and fixtures
- Fine dust removed from sockets, radiators, frames and ledges
- Cement and grout haze washed off tiles
- Adhesive labels and protective films removed
Windows & glass
- Frames and tracks vacuumed and washed
- Glass cleaned inside and on reachable outside surfaces

Frequently asked questions.
When should I book — before or after the furniture arrives?
Ideally after the works end and before furnishing, or right after furnishing but before listing photos. We can also split the job: a rough clean during the works, then a final clean before handover.
What’s the difference from a normal deep clean?
Construction dust is much finer and settles everywhere — inside cabinets, sockets, window tracks — and paint, silicone and cement residue need specific products and scrapers. A standard deep clean isn’t enough; it takes a dedicated team and equipment.
Do you need water and electricity on site?
Yes — working water and power are needed. If utilities aren’t connected yet, tell us upfront and we’ll plan around it.
Can you clean exterior windows and facades?
Interior glass and reachable exterior glass, yes. Facades at height need specialised access equipment — if a job is beyond us we’ll tell you honestly and quote only what we can do properly.
Do you work with construction companies?
Yes — we handle handover cleaning for builders and developers, for single units or whole buildings, with per-unit or per-m² pricing and proper invoicing.
