You manage the listing from abroad; we handle everything on the ground in Vlorë. One WhatsApp contact, written prices, photo reports after every visit.

1. Onboarding — we get to know your property

Everything starts with a WhatsApp message. If you are in Vlorë we do a short site visit; if you are abroad, a video call and a few photos are enough. We note the layout, the appliances, where linen and supplies are kept, and how keys and access work.

2. Every turnover — cleaned, checked, photographed

Send us your booking calendar — or we keep it ourselves if we manage the property — and we schedule cleaning between check-out and check-in. After every clean you receive a photo report on WhatsApp: beds made, bathroom spotless, everything in its place.

3. Property management — if you want it all handled

With full management we run the day-to-day: calendar and pricing, guest communication in English, check-ins, cleaning, laundry and maintenance. You receive a monthly summary and your payouts — that is it.

4. Simple payments

Per job or monthly, bank transfer or cash. Every price is agreed in writing first — you never approve work you have not seen costed. For recurring services we sign a simple written agreement with scope, schedule and prices.

How do we start?

One WhatsApp message is enough: tell us about your property and what you need — we reply with the next steps and a free written quote.

Do I need to be in Albania?

No. Most of our hosts live abroad: everything is agreed on WhatsApp, with photo reports after every visit and a monthly summary for managed properties.

Do I need a contract?

For recurring services we sign a simple written agreement with scope, schedule and prices. One-off jobs simply run on the written quote you approved.

How do I send you my booking calendar?

A screenshot or a link to your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendar on WhatsApp is enough to start. If we manage the property, we keep the calendar ourselves.

What happens if something breaks between guests?

We flag it with photos and a price for the fix — nothing is repaired without your approval first.
