Two markets in one small town
Orikum has two faces. Along the waterfront and the marina development you find newer apartment blocks aimed at summer visitors; in the town behind, older houses and family properties rented to guests who want the bay without the city.
The bay is sheltered, so the water stays calm and the season runs long — but the lagoon behind the town also means humid evenings and mosquitoes in summer, which guests notice immediately if screens and AC are not kept up.

Questions about Orikum
Is Orikum really covered same-day?
Yes in most cases — it is about 25 minutes from our base, so turnovers and urgent fixes fit our normal schedule. We always confirm the slot in writing.
Do you serve the marina apartments?
Yes — apartments in and around the marina development are a standard job for us, including key-safe access and photo reports for owners abroad.
What about humidity and mosquitoes near the lagoon?
We build them into the routine: screens checked, AC filters cleaned on schedule, and ventilation included in every turnover so the flat is aired, not just wiped.
Do you cover the Karaburun side of the bay?
Honestly — no. Properties reachable only by boat are outside our coverage. Everything on the road network around Orikum is fine.
