A resort, not a village
Green Coast changed Palasë: hundreds of new villas and apartments in a managed resort, with controlled access, internal roads, shared facilities and rules set by the resort management. The stock is new — design interiors, big terraces, sea views — and much of it is rented short-term by owners who live abroad.
Outside the resort, the old village and the scattered houses along the beach road keep a quieter rhythm. We serve both — but the resort is where access discipline matters most.

How we work inside Green Coast
Resort work runs on coordination: we register our team with the resort reception or security as your property requires, respect internal parking and quiet-hour rules, and schedule turnovers inside the resort's access windows.
Palasë sits on our Riviera route, about an hour from base. In season we schedule regular turnover days for the resort and the village; one-off visits are possible but planned — we confirm slots in writing, never a vague “whenever”.
