Upper Qeparo is one of the Riviera's most atmospheric corners: a partly restored stone village with lanes where no car fits, rented to guests looking for silence and views. Down by the water, seaside Qeparo and the Porto Palermo side offer newer villas and apartments near Ali Pasha's castle bay.
The two markets behave differently. Village houses host longer, quieter stays and need careful logistics; seaside villas run a classic summer turnover calendar. We plan each property on its own terms.

The honest part: the upper village is carry-in only. Cleaning a stone house up the lanes takes more time than a seaside flat of the same size — we price for that reality in writing, so there are no surprises on either side.

Yes — upper Qeparo is pedestrian, so we plan portable kit and extra time. That is reflected honestly in the written quote, not discovered on the day.
Can you do same-day turnovers by the seaside?
On route days, yes — the seaside strip follows the normal Riviera schedule. Book your turnover slots against your calendar and we confirm in writing.
Is Porto Palermo covered too?

My stone house is only rented May–October. What about winter?
