The centre of Vlorë — around Sheshi i Flamurit (Flag Square), the Ismail Qemali boulevard and the old-town streets — is a different market from the beach zones. Rentals here are city apartments: one and two bedrooms in mixed-era buildings, booked by business travellers, visiting families and weekenders exploring the coast.
Because demand is year-round, the wear pattern is different too: less sand, more kitchen use, heating instead of AC, and guests who expect a working desk and fast Wi-Fi as part of the deal.
