Standard jobs are scheduled within the week. Urgent issues blocking a check-in get same-day or next-day priority whenever possible — especially for hosts whose cleaning we already manage.
Do you charge for a quote?
No — quotes are free. You only pay the agreed call-out plus job price, confirmed in writing before work starts.
Can you do electrical or plumbing work?
We handle small, non-structural jobs: sockets, taps, siphons, silicone. For boilers, electrical panels or main pipes we say so honestly — better a licensed specialist than a shortcut.
Can you buy materials or furniture for me?
Yes — we source standard materials locally and add the receipt to your bill at cost. For furniture or appliances we can purchase, deliver and assemble on your behalf.
I’m abroad — how do I know the work was actually done?
Every job closes with before/after photos on WhatsApp and a short written summary. For recurring clients we keep a simple maintenance log per property.
