Rental or washing my own linen — which is better?
Rental is simpler: no stock to buy, no worn sets to replace, always consistent quality. Washing your own costs less per change if you already own good sets. Many hosts start with rental and decide after a season.
What quality is the linen?
White, hotel-grade cotton, washed at high temperature and ironed — the standard guests expect from a well-reviewed listing.
What happens in August, when everyone is fully booked?
That’s exactly why rotating sets exist: we keep enough stock for your property and plan swaps around back-to-back turnovers. Book before the season to guarantee capacity.
Is there a minimum volume?
No strict minimum — but linen rental makes the most sense combined with turnover cleaning, where delivery is free and everything runs on one schedule.
What if a guest stains or damages the linen?
Normal stains are treated at no extra cost. If a set is damaged beyond use we notify you with a photo; a replacement fee applies only in clear damage cases.
