Can you handle a same-day turnover — check-out at 10:00, check-in at 15:00?
Yes. Same-day turnovers between a morning check-out and an afternoon check-in are our standard job in season. Send us your calendar and we block the slot; for back-to-back bookings we plan the exact arrival time with you in advance.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes — professional products, microfibre cloths, vacuum and mops are all included in the price. If you prefer specific products (allergies, delicate surfaces), tell us and we’ll use yours.
Who washes the bed linen and towels?
You choose: we swap your own sets (washed and ironed for you) or use our hotel-quality rental sets from €8 per set — see Linen Rental & Laundry. Either way, beds are remade with fresh linen before the next guest arrives.
What happens if you find damage left by a guest?
We photograph it and message you on WhatsApp the same day, before the next check-in. Small fixes — a loose hinge, a burnt-out bulb — we can usually solve through our handyman service; for bigger issues you get documentation you can use for an Airbnb claim.
Do I need a contract or a minimum number of cleans?
No. Most hosts book per turnover during the season, with no minimum. Hosts with regular bookings get priority slots and a standing weekly schedule.
