Honestly, probably not — peak-season slots are locked weeks ahead. Seasonal contracts and early calendars get priority; message us with your dates and we will tell you straight what is possible.
Do you cover properties near Butrint too?
Yes — the Butrint road and the area between Ksamil and Sarandë are part of the same southern route.
What happens to my property in winter?
We recommend a closing clean and maintenance round in October–November, then optional monthly checks. Winter is also the right time for renovation and post-construction cleans.
Is linen rental practical at this distance?
Yes — linen travels with the route and rotation stock is planned per property, from €8 per set. It removes the hardest logistics problem of a remote rental.
